Anyone Have any ideas?
I have gotten back into letter writing…genuine, pen to paper, sent via snail letters…which I am loving…the only problem is that I can’t find stationary…old school style. I have found some online—but at a buck a sheet, they can kiss my wide polish one in Macy’s Window.
So…anyone know a source of decent writing paper?
I also love wax and seals…and there is a difference between letter writing and email…HUGE…try it sometime!

I used to work in a Hallmark store and we had lots of different designs. Most of it was pretty inexpensive. The best feature, though was the selection of personalized stuff; you choose the paper with the design, they print out your name and address at the top. The last time I worked there was in 1999, though. They probably have even better stuff and more printables available now.
You could also make your own on your computer. Then everything about it would be exactly the way you want it.
I can think of Walmart. Usually they would have. If I think of others, I will let you know.
Staples sells a couple of decent lines.
I had a box of some great stuff years ago, I bought it at the Denver Art Museum. It looked like wrinkled paper that had been smoothed out. I still have some envelopes…I miss that paper.
I usually check the dollar stores sometimes they get some in and I check outlet stores
There’s a company called American Stationery that makes nice formal stationery with printed headings. Not so much pictures as names and addresses, monographs, etc.
Last I looked Staples carried Strathmore and another line or two but I haven’t looked in quite some time.
If you have some graphics skills and a printer you could create your own and print it out as you need it. I would still type the text out because my handwriting seriously sucks but that’s my dilemma. I think my mom still has a letter I wrote on white birch bark when I lived in the woods in Vermont. That didn’t improve my handwriting any.
